The class learnt so many new facts and were mesmerized by all of the sensory displays.

In the workshop, the children were shown everything about dinosaurs.

Did you know they are closely linked to birds and it is believed many dinosaurs actually had feathers!

The historian was funny and showed everyone lots of real fossils, bones and even dinosaur poo… don’t worry, it was fossilized!

The class discovered how dinosaurs were discovered through fossils, and then roll played how they were made over millions of years (and millions of layers of earth).

The children found it amazing that dinosaurs can be identified by the shape or style of bones and footprints that have been discovered.

We didn’t think we could learn so much from bones, teeth and dinosaur poo!
