The Berkshire Immunisation Team will be visiting Windmill Primary on Friday 6th November to deliver the annual flu vaccine (nasal spray or injection) to all children.
Please see the attached letter rom the team for full details.
Action required:
Parents/carers must complete the YES or NO consent form as soon as possible. Information on how to do this can be found in the attached Windmill Primary Flu Invite letter.
