Nursery Ducklings Sea Animals & Muga
In our Nursery Duckling Class, the children have been adjusting well to our routines, settling into the nursery and becoming more independent. During our discovery time we have been focusing on the children's interests of sea animals, we have had our very own aquarium filled with sea creatures (and jungle animals) to explore with endless opportunities of self initiated play.
We now have designated times in our weekly routine where we have our Physical Movement sessions in the big hall or on our Multi Use Games Arena (Muga). This week we have done musical movement, where we have listened and followed instructions such as wiggling like an earth worm to marching like a centipede. The children engaged well and showed enthusiasm throughout, it's been lovely to watch them blossom and grow in confidence.
